River Twice welcomes Alex Yoon of Little Fish
Alexander Yoon was raised in Philadelphia with an appreciation of the cooking craft from a young age. His culinary studies began at the City’s Walnut Hill College and he went on to join a Philadelphia classic, Le Bec-Fin. After later working in the kitchens of Benu in San Francisco and Mirazur in the French Riviera, he returned to Philadelphia to become the owner of Little Fish in 2016.
