Please join us as we explore the polarizing manner of lowbrow food with highbrow champagne.

It is no secret that champagne and fried chicken are amazing compliments to each and while we will likely explore that pairing, we are diving deep into some classic flavors of comfort. The multi-course menu will feature champagne houses like Jasquesson, Ulysse Collin & Tarlant to name a few. A sneak peak at some of the menu highlights: Fillin’ station-style rabbit boudin with carolina gold rice & saltines buttermilk fried chicken with roasted salt, fennel pollen & fermented honey oyster stew with biscuits
