Ian Graye is the chef and owner of Pietramala restaurant in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia. He was a chef for 10 years in New York City before transplanting to Philadelphia in 2020. He’s worked at such restaurants as one Michelin star Blue Hill, James Beard award winning Hearth and Jean-Georges’ vegetarian fine dining restaurant abcV.
