Led by Chef Kevin Tien (2024 James Beard Foundation Finalist, 5x JBF semifinalist, 2023 RAMW Chef of the Year, Food and Wine Best New Chef 2018), the restaurant embodies an innovative approach to Vietnamese cuisine, showcasing a menu that is both unique and complex.
