River Twice welcomes Justine MacNeil & Ed Crochet of Fiore Fine Foods

Justine MacNeil, co-owner and Pastry Chef of Fiore Fine Foods, is a French Culinary Institute graduate with 9 years of cooking experience in New York City. She worked at The Dutch, Craft, and as pastry chef at Del Posto from May 2015 to January 2018, where she created an in-house bread program and intricate chocolate work. Food critic Bill Addison praised her desserts as "deeply satisfying and deceptive in their technical prowess." In January 2018, she moved to Philadelphia and opened Fiore with her husband, Ed Crochet, in January 2019. Ed Crochet graduated from L’Academie de Cuisine in October 2006. He was the Chef de Cuisine at Craft and later became an Executive Chef with Starr Restaurants. He managed several high-profile positions, including catering at Carnegie Hall and food operations at Rat’s Restaurant in New Jersey. In 2018, Ed and Justine moved to Philadelphia and opened Fiore in January 2019.
