Nashville-style fried oysters on toasted brioche with smoked buttermilk & honey

smoked duck & andouille gumbo w brioche dumplings
GLUTTONY
fillin’ station-style boudin with foie gras & sawmill gravy
LUST
figs with white chocolate, smoked vanilla & white truffle
